Session 3 of series of online retreats focusing on advanced Circling and Meditation practice.
We will be exploring the core life-force that makes us thrive as humans, while opening to the deep peace and contentment that is the source of our being.
Included in this series will be a session on exploring collective trauma integration, learning about the descending and ascending spiritual paths and cross paradigmatic leadership.
Timing of session
- Special Collective Trauma Exploration: Sunday, 19th May, 16:00-20:00 (CET)
Collective trauma is held in the larger field of humanity and is connected to the lineages we inherit.
Collective trauma is subtle, archetypal, trans-generational and deeply interconnected with our individual experience.
In this session we will touch into how we can access, explore, heal and resource from this realm of experience.
This whole series will be held within a cross paradigmatic framework, bringing together and discerning best practice as a community of practitioners.
You will also be developing your capacity to navigate cross paradigmatic leadership.

Going to the Core
There is a core level in our experience where the primal spring of life emerges and breathes.
When this gets hurt, dissociated or traumatised we enter states of survival, pain, and begin to struggle to optimally function.
We can learn to more skilfully move towards this precious core of our being, releasing and integrating the vital intelligence and life-force.
Opening up to the Truth
When integrating past traumatic experience, we need presence and discernment.
We often have learned to see ourselves as separate, isolated individuals, often with a sense of being wounded or unworthy in some way. This can be transformed.
Through practice and insight, we can discover and embody the space, stillness and silence of our experience. This connection is deeply regulating and resourcing.
However, it is more than this, it can bring us to what is the formless source of life itself and the north star in our lives. This is the true meaning of surrender, opening and aligning to the deepest source within us.
Feeling deeply sourced in our being enables us to be more able to support others in their transformation.
This workshop is for you if you want to;
- to explore and integrate past trauma more skilfully,
- to develop presence to how we can slip into a trauma identity and contradicted belief systems,
- that you want to further discover and embody the deeper space, stillness and silence within,
- take new strides in your purpose and ability to work with others,
- how we are more able to navigate addictive habits and compulsive behavior
- develop your capacity for intimacy with others
- to understand more clearly and can capacities to explore collective trauma.
