In this workshop we will explore how we can open and shift into awake awareness. Through a series of meditations we will explore our direct experience to discover a fundamentally alive and free dimension of our being.
Often we identify with being a separate ‘mini-me’ located in our heads. But if we stop to explore our direct experience we can quickly discover that all is not what it seems.
We will continue on our journey to see how we can move from and embody this boundless awareness, by exploring ways this sense of separate self lives in the body.
Questions we will explore:
- How can we relate to emotions and our pain from this place?
- How can a love of truth help us relate to our moment to moment experience?
- How can we align with our mission or purpose from this place?
