Ready to release some warrior energy? This is your chance! We will replace old stereotypes of violent conflict (or even trauma) with joyful and playful togetherness through channeling healthy aggression, enjoying intensity together with presence and respect.
After a warm-up, we will dive into a series of physical play fighting exercises while practicing to keep our awareness even in moments of intense interaction. With clear rules and high presence we can work on levels of physical and emotional connection that we usually wouldn’t dare to tap into.
Once we’ve filled our toolbox with new skills and techniques, we will try them out in a phase of free play, where we can either play with the learned material or just jam and wrestle each other around as you like! We will wrap up the session by some relaxing massage and warming down together.
