What happens if you stop? If you rest in the moment. Nothing to achieve, to want, to need to go to, to run, to do.

Give yourself the freedom to be nothing.

In that stillness hold forward what comes, give space to your body to do what it wants to do. Guided within a soft bedding of music.

Your mind can rest and your consciousness can just observe both. The body in its freedom, the mind with its thoughts.

From there we bring these back in connection with each other. To explore what wants to happens in that connection.
