Yin Yoga

If you are looking to open up your body, feel more relaxed and grounded, yin yoga will do the trick. We hold simple body postures for a few minutes to allow the connective tissue to slowly melt. In this slow and more meditative kind of yoga practice you will be able to sense the life flow that starts moving again through your meridians and simultaneously get more in touch with your intuition.
