Preparing the menu for this festival is a real joy for Erik. For him it’s not only about the food – presence and devotion make the difference in the kitchen. It’s about translating the energy of the people into vibrant ingredients for beautiful meals.
How he cooks is how he lives, with the values of health, joy, discovery, presence, consciousness and fine taste all of high importance to him, with a commitment to experiencing these in all creations.
As well as cooking, Erik also helps people (especially men) to find their values and next steps in life through deep Integral coaching. He helps people to dream, to find their life vision and true freedom. Creating inspiring meals or composing a life vision have many similarities – and both provide a huge contribution to one’s joy and quality of life!
