Since 2006 Ruud cooks professionally. At the moment as a fulltime Chef de parti in a brand new vegetarian restaurant called Spirit in Amsterdam. It’s his passion to make your energy available by cooking mostly plant based, organic and vital food. He enjoys working together with Erik to create abundant, colourful and crazy meals.
